International non-government organization Federation for Peace and Conciliation, Union of Women of Russian Federation, Russian Peace Found condemns decidedly terrorist actions against civil society bringing about victim falling in Moscow, Tula, Rostov districts and North Osetiya region. Children hostage-taking in the school of Beslan town (North Osetiya) is one of the most cynical terrorist acts in all history.

We grieve and sympathize about all victims of this tragic event. Now we are facing the harsh reality. For every citizen of the world man and woman, adult and child, irrespective of religion, race, ethnic and political belonging the criminal war for destruction is declared.

The instigator and inspirer of this war – international terrorism and executors are people that have lost their human identity.

Now as never before the end of anti-terrorist war depends of each of us! Situation demands from us vigilance efforts of unification to gain victory over ruthless and thoughtless enemy.

Russian community pays high tribute to the solidarity shown by world community to our country attacked by terrorists.

We are hope that this solidarity will be endured by support of by real, common, coordinated actions of all countries and nation of the world and first of all by joint struggle of the Great Powers against world terrorism that will be free of policy of double standard.

International non-government organization Federation for Peace and Conciliation, Union of Women of Russian Federation, Russian Peace Found together with the other peacemaking world organizations will continue to make feasible contribution aimed at providing security and stability in our country and all over the world.
